![]() Yesterday was such a gorgeous day, sunny and oh so warm but today has been chilly, rainy and cloudy....such is the coming of spring! We were very productive in our goal of clearing yesterday, turns out the very best way for me to clear is to have Puritan or Dearie guiding me as I go...they know that I so want to simplify and yet I have this yearning to hold onto things 'just in case', well Dearie helped me yesterday as Puritan is dealing with a cold and we really got quite a bit accomplished! Our garage is half yard sale items and half moving items as we will be house hunting very soon, our goal was to start our yard sale this week but the weather is not cooperating so we will play it by ear. I have some new personal care recipes to try that a very sweet lady sent me, I really can't wait to put them together. On that same line, since we have had three teenagers in the last few years we've dealt with some acne issues and I have always heard that tea tree oil was good for clear skin but didn't quite know how to use it since it's so strong. Well, it was a bit too late for our boys as they had already been through that stage but a few months ago Dearie was dealing with the usual breakouts and pimples here and there so we decided to try something I had just read about. We got the tip of a washcloth damp and put 1 drop of tea tree oil on and she cleaned her face with it...well within a couple of hours her skin was getting much clearer and by the next day it was completely clear and do you know that since then she cleans her face this way every day and has had spotless clear skin ever since, not one tiny blemish! Well, the drawback may be that the tea tree oil has a very strong scent but after just a few minutes the smell goes away and she's used to it now but that tiny bottle of tea tree oil has lasted for months and there's still plenty in there. Not bad for a $5.00 investment! { Last Page } { Page 10 of 55 } { Next Page } |
