Here we are again... another Monday. So here is my menu plan for the week.

Monday: Turkey soup and coleslaw

Tuesday: Black and White Bean Chili Soup, salad

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Tostadas with salsa and lettuce

Friday: Taco Pizza with lettuce and tomatoes

The taco pizza is a wonderful, super delicious recipe from Tammysrecipes.com So is the black and white bean chili soup. I have yet to try this last recipe, but will let you know once I try it. As you can tell we love Mexican food around here. This past weekend I roasted a turkey breast and made coleslaw with that, which is why there is a pot of turkey stock simmering on my stove right now for dinner.

Sounds yummy. I love getting meal ideas from others; here\'s what we\'ve had this week: Monday- Potato soup, Tuesday- Sloppy Joe\'s, Wednesday- Tacos, Thursday- Chicken casserole, Friday- leftovers, Saturday-Turkey/Avocado Sandwiches, Sunday- our Sabbath Celebration Meal
