Menu Plan

Here I am for Menu Plan Monday. Working on a budget while eating healthy organics and now I have committed to at least a week off of sugar - totally. I have been using stevia, which is working for me.

Monday: Spaghetti Squash spaghetti with salad

Tuesday:
Leftovers

Wednesday:
Chicken Breasts, sweet potatoes, salad

Thursday:
Chicken Fried Rice

Friday:
Chicken Soup

Saturday:
Leftovers

As you can tell I plan on getting some miles out of the chicken I am cooking up on Wednesday. Spaghetti squash spaghetti is something that I have read about in terms of eating the squash to replace the pasta (even the whole wheat) to save on calories and add more nutrition. We shall see. I'll try to post again soon with the interesting happenings here that will probably involve my latest organizing kick!
