Here are the rules as posted at her blog: * Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog. * Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself. * Tag 7 random people at the end of your post; include their links. * Let each "tagee" know that they've been tagged by leaving comment on their blog. Okay, here goes, 7 random things: 1) I always wanted blue eyes (believing myself too blah with brown eyes, brown hair, medium height, medium build). 2) When I left home (a u-pick strawberry farm in the middle of MN) at 20 by taking a job at the Vail, CO, McDonald's, my Mom had to make me go, sending homemade bismarks with me that I ate crying so hard I could hardly see the road. 3) My dreams for my life were bi-polar -- I wanted to get married and have kids, and I wanted to travel the world perpetually without stopping the rest of my life. Therefore, I'm constantly glowingly content and miserably discontent simultaneously. 4) My stress release is scheduling/organizing. I just love putting everything in little boxes. 5) I love board meetings. Can hardly wait to begin meeting with the charitable organization board I'll be joining in January. 6) My creative outlet right now, the only one I take time for, is cooking/baking. I love it! I'm making cinnamon bread wreaths for friends for Christmas. 7) I don't like food too smooth, preferring burned toast, hard ice-cream, chunky soup, crunchy cereal, etc. Well, that's certainly weird enough, probably more than anyone wanted to know. The only small print I have to add is -- don't email me that I need a counselor. I'm married to one! Well, now I have to tag 7 others. Let's see... of course, my dear, dear friend at Which End Is Up? fellow Minnesotan at Glory Farm Well, I'm going to have to finish tagging the other 4 next week. I'm defrosting my freezer, which is dripping and running all over, and it's chore time. I'm sure the goats are calling.

About MeWhoso loves believes the impossible. --Elizabeth Barrett Browning We are not called to get love, but to give unstintingly and joyously, life-giving agape love to those the Lord has surrounded us with. --Ruth Lindstrom Home My Profile Archives Friends My Photo Album
Yay! I'm a daisy, my favorite flower!!
Just as a flashlight draws power from its batteries, we draw power from the Son of God. As light, we dissipate fear, bring relief and lift spirits. We don't even have to be big to be effective. We just have to be "on". Today, let's pursue that which is good, right and truthful by shining through darkened circumstances. Don't keep the switch off or hold back as though our batteries have run down. Our source is the glorious "Light Invisible."Being switched on pleases the Lord. Stay on. Stay bright. --Luci Swindoll LinksNo Greater Joy MACHE HSLDA CategoriesIn ContemplationIn the Garden In the Kitchen In the Lines In the News In the Office In the Schoolroom Nowhere Particular Recent EntriesThanksgivingDarkness & Light Bright Lights Building an Orchard - Before Chokecherries & Robin's nest Pray for NE Iowa Grumpiness FriendsFaithfulAcresquiverfull wannabeone KimMC HandsNHearts borderling Boltbabe sweetie Brownsmichelle shekinah Jonash2004 CandyFoote mc2rwe 4byGodsgrace pringlemom mulberrylane ahall003 Sara DakotaSoaplady rashel lindseyinal solodeogloria Southernangel akhansonschulze07 hdressel |
