A Month Later

Yes...it's been a whole month since I said... no, wrote... no, typed a word online.  I miss it.  I really don't know what's up with me.  I'm too young for a mid-life crisis (unless I'm going to have a fairly short life), but that's really what it feels like.  I've tried all sorts of approaches to get to the bottom of whatever's going on, but nothing so far has brought that "ta-da!" that fixes everything.  I feel like half of me is a teenager trying to "find myself" and the other half is rationally pointing out that it's a little late; I'm too wrapped up in my life to think of any other (life, that is).  I have to periodically stop this tail-chasing to remind myself that the One who needs to know where my life is headed, does.  The few moment's peace while I contemplate this are heavenly.

Where ever you\'re life is going...can I come with?

Hi Ang,

We\'ve discussed this wandering before, but I will move it to the top of my prayer list this week. It was so great to talk to you today! You have the gift of joy and of being a wonderful friend. Know that you brighten the lives of all who you encounter! I love you, have a great start to your week!

About Me

Whoso loves believes the impossible.
--Elizabeth Barrett Browning

We are not called to get love,
but to give unstintingly and joyously,
life-giving agape love to those the Lord has surrounded us with.

Yay! I'm a daisy, my favorite flower!!

I am a
Daisy

What Flower
Are You?

Just as a flashlight draws power from its batteries,
we draw power from the Son of God.
As light, we dissipate fear, bring relief and lift spirits.
We don't even have to be big to be effective.
We just have to be "on".
Today, let's pursue that which is good,
right and truthful by shining through darkened circumstances.
Don't keep the switch off
or hold back as though our batteries have run down.
Our source is the glorious

"Light Invisible."

Being switched on pleases the Lord.
Stay on.
Stay bright.
