Here it is again

Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands. (Proverbs 14:1)

As I continue in 2 Chronicles, chapter 24phere is the same principle again.  King Joash listened to righteous advice from the priest, Jehoida.  The Lord blessed!.  When Jehoida died, Joash went away from righteousness and listened to wicked advice and the Lord brought judgment.  Pray for our country, it's leaders, and for righteous counsellors to surround our leaders.

Remember:  Christ is "far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named. . ."   Eph 1:21  He can do what He wills and wants.  Perhaps judgement is coming upon America.  May we live godly in Christ Jesus!

2 Chronicles 22:3-4           

Ahab had a wicked mother who counseleld him to do wickedly.  Oh that more mothers would be a godly influence on their children!

He was also surrounded by wicked counsellors as king.  Oh that we would pray that righteous counsellors would surround our leaders.    When I think of the possibility of certain men or women getting into high offices I am reminded that we are in a war, a spritual war,  "we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers"  but praise God he is mightier than the one that is in the world!  Oh that His people would repent of their wicked ways and turn to Him.  Then He will heal their land!   Pray for the upcoming election.
