Getting Rid of Clutter

Too much time on my computer

Am I making it my god?

God's Word warns me

Little Children keep yourself from idols.

How careful I need to be

I am working on spending more time on my home

Getting organized,

Getting rid of clutter (I've cleaned out a lot this past week)

I am on the second week and staying on schedule

Praise the Lord

How about the clutter in my heart?

Am I getting rid of that too?

Daily I need to feast on the Word of God

And allow it to replace the clutter in my life.

No matter how old I get, I praise the Lord

That He is not finished with me yet!

Just Some Thoughts

“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” (Jude 1:24-25 AV)

Jesus actually presents us faultless before the presence of God!  Wow!  What a thought!  How He loves us and how thankful I am to be washed in the blood of Christ. 

He is the one who keeps me from falling.  May I never get my eyes off of Him.  When I do, pride keeps in and that is a sure fall. 

“Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” (1Co 10:12 AV)

How many times have I made promised to God.  Oh I how need to be careful, what my lips utter.  I forget easily.  God does not forget!

“That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; [even] a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.” (De 23:23 AV)

“But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and [your] nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.” (Jas 5:12 AV)
