A Sleep-Over With Seven 14 yr old Girls

It is my daughters birthday and she invited her girl clan over and yes they were up literally all night. On top of that we had a pretty good thunderstorm roll in.

So did I get any sleep? Nope.

My head hurts and I am working on my second cup of coffee.

Imagine if you will a entire night of opening doors, closing doors, running down the hall, and then have that repeated about 2000 times. Running to and fro.

Giggles and laughter every 5 minutes.

Converstations coming down the hall such as..

"My hair is to short" ... to blond.. to dark ... to curly.

" I think matt is cute... no I thnk rob is cuter.. no way Johnathan is the most."

" Pass me that color of nail polish.. oooh let me try that eye liner... what about this eye shadow?"

L A U G H T E R & G I G G L E S ........ ALL NIGHT LONG

I am really glad she has one birthday a year, but does that stop the clan from coming over in force?

Nope.

So it starts back up all over again and it is now 11:30 Saturday morning.

Love those kids!

Now had that been my daughter and my house, I would have found a way to scare the pajeebies out of them. (just for the fun of it) LOL
Oh, I could just hear it now, thanks for coming and enjoy your many years of therapy. LOL
Kids will be kids, we were there once.
