My cold

I have a bad cold. I sit here thinjking I have so much that needs to be done, stuff that takes longer with only one hand, but I have no energy!

I need to can my apple pie filling. I made the filling part before my operation, now I need to do the apple and canning part. I really should do this today.

I give this canned apple pie filling as Christmas gifts, people love it.

My little man (DH) has a cold, I got up feeling not very energetic at all. I hope I'm not getting one myself. I'm sorry you're feeling bad and I do hope you recover soon. Could you share your pie filling recipe? If you post it in your blog would you mind letting me know please?
