On Sunday we went over to Gabriella's Godparents house for some great food, great company, and just a good time. We did have a wonderful time and the food was yummy. We went the scenic route. Although we no longer have snow on the ground we ran into some in the San Isabel Forest. We also saw some deer and two bucks fighting over the does. We would have taken some pictures of them if there had not been a car behind us and ice on the road. Here is a picture we took while driving through the forest. I have one of San Isabel Lake, but I am having a hard time loading it so I will have to post that one at a later date.  This one is a picture of Wesley Thomas milking Lilac. Tristen is helping him some.  A picture of little Gabriella...sleeping of course.  On other things...we saw some more bear scat on the road a couple of days ago. I thought that the bear had gone to rest for the winter, but I guess he has other plans. As long as he stays away from our animals...oh, and it would be nice not to have the children eaten as well, then he can do as he sees fit.  |
