A nice saturday morning

Today is Teresa's 2nd birthday. I can not believe that it has been 2 years ago that she was born. Time seems to be going by faster and faster. I remember when I held her for the first time and when we first looked at each other. It was such a beautiful moment. We have had many of those wonderful moments with our little girl. We love the funny faces she makes. They just crack us all up. God has been so good to us. The kids made her some birthday brownies instead of a cake. She blew out her candles and opened her presents. We decided to make it just a family party instead of inviting a bunch of people over. Not, that I mind having company, but we just wanted it to be us. Now, we are letting Brandon get his rest. He didn't get home until 4:30 this morning. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the kids are screaming. I am kidding, they are playing with Teresa's new toys and are playing quite nicely together. Could the day be any better? I don't think so. We are not sure if we are going to go to Parker today or tomorrow. It really depends on how Brandon feels once he wakes up. He works such crazy hours, and he needs his rest. I just can't tell him enough how much we appreciate everything that he does for us. He is such a good husband and father. I am lucky to have him as my husband and provider. Right now I am just going to enjoy watching the children play and worry about other things later. God Bless. |
