Rich and I had planned on butchering a few chickens today but it was raining in the morning. Then we found an auction sale bill with a few things we thought we could use.
Most of the day was spent at the auction. Rich didn't get the tractor he was looking at but did buy a couple of riding lawn mowers and a few other misc. items.
It rained late in the afternoon so we didn't get a whole lot done at home after the auction. We spent some time in the barn looking at the goat herd and deciding what to do with our little bucking, Ross. Since we have a new buck for our herd (Ross is related to over half our does) we have decided to sell the little guy.

Madison is sad as Ross is one of her favorites and is very tame. She also understands why he has to go. If you are interested in Ross, click here for more details.
Ok, I better head to bed. Good Night!
