This is from my journal at the farm. Its probably a late entry. I may make several entries a day to try to keep up with the backlog of entries I have.

Happy July 4th!  I woke up this a.m. to find our upright freezer thawing!  UGH!!!  Oh great !  So a quick trip home and we moved things around and brought a deep freezer back to the farm. 

So Rich gets things all re-arranged and the freezer is in place and I start moving items from broken freezer to the working freezer (realizing that we are going to need to buy another freezer as this one is filling up real fast with all the chickens I've been processing). Then Rich says.. OH, I see what's wrong (yes, it was plugged in), there is a break in the power cord.  He said it was an easy fix and in no time it was running again!  PHEW!  I have those 7 chickens from yesterday waiting to hit the freezer tonight.

Well, I need to get to those chickens so I better run.
