The Old Schoolhouse - Help with New Column!
Hey everyone, I need your help!
First of all...my new column - The Lesson Planner - will be debuting in this up-coming Spring issue of The Old Schoolhouse! I'm SO excited!! What I do in this column is deeply compare and contrast similar curriculums, resources and/or learning aids. It will be the next best thing to actually holding the items in your hands and looking through them yourselves.
HERE'S WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP...Of course I have a few things up my sleeves already, but an on-going column needs on-going ideas. SO...if you would, please let me know about any curriculum, learning resources, learning games, CDRoms, etc. that YOU would like for me to scrutinize for you.
Be sure to keep those ideas coming - even at later dates - when something crosses your mind. THANKS AHEAD OF TIME!!
Blessings from Ohio, Kim Wolf<><

Free Curriculum
It'd be nice to see how this free curriculum measures up to others like it.

I'd like to know more about Winter Promise. I love Sonlight and that would be an easy one. Ambleside Online seems a bit heavy to me (I need the instructions etc. that Sonlight gives me). Living Books Curriculum (from Michigan- whoohoo!) is another I'd like to know more about.
I am excited about this new column and having you do some of my dirty work for me (hee hee).
Keep us posted!
Hello
Hey, Congrats! I can't wait to read your column. My ideas are Math U See vs. Saxon. IEW vs any another writing program.
Fallicy Detective vs other logic programs, comparison of Latin programs, Truthquest History vs another history, Rod & Staff vs Abeka....thats good for 6 months! WHEW
:o)
