MONDAY MADNESS
OK...here's my answers to today's Monday Madness...
1. Do you have a photo blog? If so, feel free to share the link with us! Nope, no photo blog; but I have just recently been told how to post pics, so I hope to have some on here soon! Especially of our daughter's graduation!
2. How many pets do you own, and what are their names? If none, have you had a favorite pet in the past? We have a Sheltie named Hickory, 8-1/2 years old. We used to have a BEAUTIFUL Belguin Hare, Parker Bunny, but he recently passed away at the ripe ol' age of 8 years old. Probably my favorite pet ever was my cat, Boots. I had her from the time I was 9 until I was 20 - she had SO MANY kittens that we STOPPED counting at 100!! Her mother was my best friend's cat and I actually watched her being born. She had a white nose with a PERFECT circle right in the middle of it! So cool. She was a great cat. I dearly miss having cats as my hubby and daughter #2 are deathly allergic to them. Bummer.
3. How many times a week does the carpet in your house get vacuumed? No carpet? How many times a MONTH do your floors get mopped? My carpets get vacuumed twice a week - Monday and Friday. Unless, of course, we're having company or something. My no-carpet floors gets mopped once a week, barring kitchen disasters!
5. Have you read any good books lately? Back in the Spring I read the whole "Abram's Daughters" series by Beverly Lewis. Frank Peretti [sp?] is a favorite and I just read "House." I read TONS of homeschool related books and curriculum both for review for the magazine and personal information - hard to even know where to begin on that one! OF COURSE, one of my favorite things to read is The Old Schoolhouse homeschool magazine! You just can't get a better homeschool magazine than that!
6. What is your biggest source of news? (Newspaper? Television? Radio? Other?) Internet and FoxNews. Some talk radio.
Now it's YOUR turn! Either list your answers below or link to your own blog!

4. Which room in your house do you spend the most time in? Depends on the time of year...probably mostly the living room - TV, reading, socializing, some homeschool work; the kitchen would be next - it's just a great gathering place, homeschool work, Bible study, bills/paperwork, etc.

Yea Kim
I'm so glad that you've learned how to post photos! And I can't believe you had a a cat with over 100 kittens. Wow. It's always interesting to learn these little things about each other.
Blessings,
