food eaten around here in a week, part 1

So, I was over at schatzi's blog looking at those pictures, and started wondering - how much food do we eat in a typical week? I have no idea. I know that my weekly grocery budget is lower than what we eat in a given week because I keep so much food in my pantry and in my cold storage (although, it is not that cold, really). So I would have a hard time factoring what we eat in a week. so, here is my daily log of eaten foods. Actually eaten by my family, not just planned....

Sunday:
Breakfast:
    5 muffins (leftover from Sat's Christmas breakfast with in-laws)
    5 eggs
    2/3 c shredded "mexican blend cheese" from Costco
    water
lunch:
    leftover mac&cheese from dinner
    7 fish sticks from costco
    2 chicken nuggets
    25 tator tots
    4 slices of bread
    sliced deli meat (maybe 1/3 lb?) and cheese (two slices)
    some mayo and mustard
    1/4 head romaine lettuce hearts
    olive oil, lemon vinegar
    1-2T feta cheese
    some crouton crumbs (we were almost out)
snacks:
    4 granola bars (sugar-y types with choc chips)
    6 homemade caramels, 2 large choc-covered pretzels, and 1 C nasty-bad-for-you-caramel-covered cheap cheese puffs (I ate all this myself

)
dinner:
    1 bottle homemade peaches in their own juice
    7-8 pieces of sour-dough bread with butter
    2 bowls wheat chex, one grape nuts (all with milk), one cheerios (with OJ)

Today
breakfast:
    1/4 c gretchka (toasted buckwheat boiled for 1.5 minutes - it's a Russian thing. dh lived there and picked that up as a breakfast cereal)
    1/2 grapefruit
     2 slices of toast with butter
    4 slices toast with nutella and pb
    1/2 bottle of peaches
    1 c milk
lunch:
    1/2 head of lettuce
    EVOO and lemon vinegar
    feta cheese
    croutons (opened a new bag)
    1 T caesar dressing
    3 chimichangas from Costco
    1 burrito
    1/2 c shredded cheese on top of the mexican wrap-foods
    1/2 bag (individual size) Doritos
    1/2 bag (indiv size) Cheese Nibs
    1 granola bar (see above)
    3 Peppridge Farm Milano cookies

I will update tomorrow about dinner tonight and whatever.

in other news, I am boiling my turkey bones for the last time, this time they are all broken and cracked open. Soon I will cool this (for easier fat skimming) and add it to the stuff sitting on my back porch. then I will boil it all together and pour into bottles. I am thinking I will get at least 28 bottles, added to the 21 remaining (I think I managed 28 last time as well, but I have been using them!), means I MIGHT have enough to last me until next Thanksgiving when I get to do it all again.
