beef stroganoff

okay someone was asking for freezer meals...here is my beef stroganoff recipe. I buy the cheap cut of meat and let it cook for almost all day to tenderize it. I do everything but add the sour cream before I freeze it. I also make more gravy than it calls for, extending the meat into more meals. and we don't need that much meat anyway. I usually make it one day for dinner, but make a huge batch for freezing. so here is my beef stroganoff recipe: Beef Stroganoff
4.5lbs rump roast, sliced into ½ inch strips (I buy my roasts on sale and stick them in the freezer, so when I go to make this, I only partially defrost the meat, making it easier to cut into strips.) 1 c butter 1½ t onera 1 t pepper 8 c beef stock 3 T onion powder
3 T cornstarch ¼ c cold water
¼ - 1/3 c sour cream ¼ - ½ t onera
