Cream of **** substitution

Canned “Cream of *** Soup”
INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients except butter together and store in airtight container. To use, mix 1/2 cup dry soup mix with 1 1/4 cups water and cook until thick; add butter. This is equal to one can cream soup. The mix makes enough to equal 6 cans. For cream of mushroom or celery soup, add chopped sauteé mushrooms or celery along with the butter while cooking.

Okay, my mom bought some of this at a health food type of store growing up. I have been trying to get away from eating so much food out of aluminum cans, and CoMS is one of our biggies!!! We use it in cassaroles, ect.

I was going to try to buy this from the health food store ASAP, but I found this entry just in time!!! Oh, I'm sooooooo excited!!!!!
