Okay, we moved on Memorial Day Week-end, so we have been living on our land for just over a month. 
This is one of our sheep, a Blackbelly hair sheep. We have 8 sheep in total.
And this is Star, our Nubian billy goat.
Star is with our pygmy billy goat, named Billy.So now we have our dogs, cats, a chicken, sheep and goats. The Rodeo is tonight, and they have a Critter Scramble where the children can keep what they catch. Should be a fun evening!

This is the main road to our place. |

We tried to go into town...but the usual route was blocked. |

Those markers are for the culvert that guides Slough Creek under our road. I guess the culvert isn't very helpful when the "creek gets up." Our land is on the right side of the road, just past the creek. |

Our chickens are not fond of stray dogs. A little pomeranian "treed" this one. |

The hen apparently thought it wasn't such a bad idea, but wasn't as successful at jumping to the roof. |

It's been a while since I've update pictures. The house has been painted! Electricity has been brought to the house, the water line has been trenched, and the drywall is almost ready to be painted.
An Autumn Colour

My kitchen is taking shape.
