Well, I have been continuing on. I have had many disasters in cooking, but enough successes to keep motivated. I know the Lord wants to simplify my life, but I am not quite sure how. Just an update. I have a site I blog on at

I was on someones blog and saw your name and thought it looked similar to mine to I wanted to check it out!

My name's Tara Schaffer. Pretty close :). We're close in age too...although I'm a couple years your senior!

Cooking was something that took me a while to get down too. I still flop things on a regular basis and I've been married & cooking for almost 9 years! Keep it up!
