Grocery Shopping and a plant
I went to the grocery store today. I have been cooking from scratch forever and well, I am taking a day or two off. Yeah I know the stuff isn't "healthy," but honestly I don't care. I am going to enjoy every single bite of the unhealthy stuff and then get back to the "good for you stuff."
I spent $40.63 and I saved $23.66.
This is what I bought: 120 ct Totino's Pizza rolls with this I got: crinkle cut french fries, 1pkg of cookie dough, 1 box of cheese sticks
2 boxes of fish sticks/planks 2 bags of coleslaw with this I got: 2/2liters of Dr Pepper, 2 pkgs of garlic bread, 2 boxes of mac and cheese, 2 bottles of tarter sauce
Hormeal luncheon meat with it I got: 1 loaf of bread, 1 bottle dijon mustard
Handi Snack Ritz Crackers (the kind you dip into processed cheese) with this I got: 1 box of Cheese nips
One thing of Nestle Quick ( a large one) with this I got: 1 pint of ice cream, 1 box of hotpockets
I also bought: 2 Hungry man dinners for Freddie 1 12pk Dr Pepper 1 gallon of milk 1 six pack of Diet Grape Soda
I shall now go and swim in my sea of processed foods!!
And now onto gardening: We are growing a pineapple. This is how you do it! Cut the top off of a pineapple. Then peel off the bottom leaves and you will expose the root buds. Put your top into a glass of water and change the water out every few days. After your root buds get going well, plant your top. In about 2 yrs you will have a pineapple grow from the top. If you do a google search you can find some neat pics etc....
Today I need to add some dirt to my taters I planted the other day. And I will plant my pineapple top that is doing well.
