The Lord has asked us to become like Him.  He wouldn't ask us to if it were not possible.  It is a life long process and I know I won't achieve it in this life time, but I try everyday to do something a little better.

Psalm 8:3-6

3. When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

4. What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5. For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6. Thou madest him th have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet.

Acts 17:28

For in Him we live, and move, and have our being…..For we are also His offspring.

3 Nephi: 27:27

What manner of men ought ye to be? Verily I say unto you, even as I am.
