Missing my mom

i am really missing my mom today. It has been a month since she passed away, and i feel very sad today. The Lord keeps bring to my mind this scripture.

Ps 147:3

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

So i am trying to rest in the shadow of HIS wing today, and let Him heal my broken heart.

We have a busy day today, two people are coming to get their kid goats. We have two garden beds to build. The guys are getting ready to go to Colorado Wednesday for another load of wood. I need to go to town for wool for socks for John's birthday. and i need to bake bread.

So i should have enough to keep me busy, LOL

My heart breaks for you. I so know how you feel. I also lost my mom however it has been a few years. My mother passed away on Sept 9th, 2001.. It was the hardest day of my life. I so miss her.. She was one special lady..

I can not tell you that it gets better.. Some days it seems to get better. Other days it still hurts like it had just happened.

I pray that the Lord will give you peace and comfort today.

(((((HUGS))))) to you! I know your pain and sadness. My mom passed away over 12 years ago when I was 24. I still have rough periods of time where I miss her terribly.

I will pray for you. My mom passed away this last Dec. 23. It is quite an adjustment; I do miss calling her and writing letters and having her to ask questions about this and that. Your goats sound like fun and lots of work.Jill
