Sorry it took so long to update after my interview. I think it went well. I was asked pretty much the same questions as the phone interview. There were a few more in depth questions, for instance, "What skills do you possess that would make you a great member of our team?" Why do they ask questions like that? They should know people are just going to blow smoke and say what they think you want to hear. I'm not good at answering those types of questions, I feel stupid, like I'm telling a lie.
They seemed very nice, like they would be quite pleasant to work with, although I wouldn't be working directly with the two women who interviewed me. This bank has the BEST benefits for it's employees. They have paid vacation, insurance, 401K, free checks, etc. They even have a home loan for employees with a 3% interest rate and no down payment! How awesome would that be? I would really like working there, I think. They said they would let me know within a week. Hopefully I'll hear from them in the next couple days. Today was a holiday, so I know they won't be back to work until tomorrow. I also know I wasn't the only one interviewed. I can still hope though.
My apartment is ready to move into, so I REALLY need a job! I've had to start paying rent already. But I do love the place. It looks great since they refinished the hardwood floors. I want to start moving things in soon. I can fit most of our things in my car, thank goodness for a hatch back. I'll need a truck for the bed, couch and dressers.
