eBay Box Has Arrived

I finally got a box of goodies (and a bag, too) for eBay. Half the fun is usually figuring out what is IN the box, and trying to write a description for it and making up a starting price. THIS lot of items should be easy: it's shoes and purses, along with a couple other surprises.

SOMEONE loved shoes a lot - and now that that someone is no longer around, her stuff became part of an estate lot. Many of these shoes are new in the box. Why didn't she wear them? One box contains a receipt for the shoes in that box, from 1994.

I always wonder what people are thinking when they squirrel away items. Some of the box lots I've received have included soaps (why buy them and not use and enjoy them?) and underwear, and jewelry with the tags still on.

I guess the moral is: if you are going to buy something, use it! Or it'll end up in a box when you're gone, and I'll get to go through it and list it on eBay.... I will also be tempted to try these shoes on, by the way. I can't help myself.

Okay....now don't keep too many things for yourself or you're going to mess with your profits! Can't wait to see all the different things you've been sorting through.
