I Knew It!

Hi, friends! I found this news on a bag of chocolate made by a big chocolate maker, H*&sh(@'s:

"The natural antioxidants found in TEA (emphasis mine) and certain fruits can also be found in H*&sh(@'s (name of chocolate here)... Enjoy in moderation as part of a HEALTHY (again, emphasis mine) diet and active lifestyle. One serving (4 pieces) contains 220 calories and 13 g of fat."

I knew chocolate was good for you, but now we officially have it on the bag. You now have permission to eat away, and feel good about your healthy and active lifestyle (I think the active part comes when you take the wrappers off).

P.S. I may have photos of the building project - my mom called to say my brother started the "destruction" part of the construction today. I head over tomorrow to move some plants away from the foundation so they don't get trampled, and I hope to take some photos for you.

The book French Women Don't Get Fat recommends a small amount of chocolate in the diet. Viva la France! Sounds good to me! I have to admit that I put about 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder in my coffee grounds to give the coffee a little chocolate flavor. Yum. Blessings to you................Denise (prairiemom)

Or in the case of M&M's maybe the active part is when you're sorting them out into color groups! Either way, wrappers or sorting, it's good to know we're being healthy!

Melon - sounds like life is hectic - just like life to do that! I love your blog. You know I am fan of everything in moderation.... but it\'s so hard when it tastes so good!
