Would you believe !!!!

I now have the chance to finally sit and write (which I know i'm bad at) but would you believe we got hit with a blizzard, and we have finally cleaned up after the storm. 18" of snow is alot to move. I felt so bad the goats were trapped in the barn for 2 days ( they loved it ) I call my goats barn kitties, if the weather is slightly off they don't want to come out of the barn. The two pregnant does really don't like the weather, they waddle down to the yard and look at me "Like what did I do to deserve this! " and of course the babies just scamper through the snow as if the winter wonderland was put there just for them, what characters they are. One good thing about the storm was I had a wee bit of time to spin some beautiful alpaca/angora wool -so soft. What else can you do in that type of weather but just get warm and cozy, keep the fireplace going and pray the power stays on! |
