STRAWBERRIES

I am sitting here listening to that sound that every canner loves..... plink......plink......plink...... We got up early today and went to a U-pick strawberry farm near here and picked 2 flats of strawberries. For $12 a flat. Wish we had some. We just planted 150 plants this year so they arent producing much....Maybe next year. Anyway. Got them home and DH, kids and I went to work. We got 36 PINTS canned! Pretty good by 2pm!!!!! Very happy! |
