Well, my plan for today was to write this entry early this morning before I went to the gym.....well....things do not always go as planned ;) I slept in this morning, so I did not make it to the gym...maybe tonight..but don't hold your breath! But when I sat down to write my wonderful second blog entry the internet was down. So I am finally getting around to writing this now, at about 2:30 this afternoon..nap time is over soon, so I had better hurry up! I have been following Crystals 'Making your Home a Haven' challenge at biblicalwomanhood.com, it has done wonders for my home organization! So following Crystal's lead Mondays will be my Making your Home a Haven Mondays! I am really looking forward to continuing with this! One of the first exercises was to create a morning routine for yourself, start simple! You can always expand your routine later. My morning routine looks something like this... 1. Exercise (ok, so we won't count today...) 2. Make breakfast for the kids 3. Make lunches 4. Clean kitchen/wipe down counters/clean sink 5. Feed dogs/cat/litter box 6.Make beds/quick tidy of the bedrooms (my 3 older children do their own before they leave for school) 7. Blog..this is a new one, we shall see how I do :)
I also sat down this morning and made my 'to do' list, now at the rate today is going this might be my weekly list since none of it got done today! So far today I have managed to play, craft, do playdough and take all of my munchkins outside for some lovely damp fresh air, but I have not completed one single thing on my to do list..oh well, I guess you can guess where my priorities are :) I think I will save the 'to do' list for tomorrow, it will give me something to write about! { Post a Comment } { Last Page } { Page 2 of 3 } { Next Page } |
