I'm sorry to say that Ike passed away last night @ 7:45 that little fellow had a rough time of it.. First he was taken off his mother the day we bought him about a month ago and the mother was sold as well.

Then about 3-4 days after we got him we got damp cold rainy weather and he came down with pneumonia  he was  on meds and vitamins.. Then it turned into goat polio and he went blind then his body started shutting down slowly.. This has been a big loss to our family as he leaves behind his twin brother Mike. And he also had a playmate Blarney..

 There's a lovely green meadow where all the lost goats go and the instant they get there they can romp and play and be free.

Good morning here in chilly Maine.. It's in the low 50's good weather to work out in..I have to shovel dirt this morning so that will be nice to work out in..Hopefully no black flies..

Well today has been busy already folding clothes and putting away doing chores~ dishes and so on..

Ike is still the same at the moment still blind..

We have a new member to the family his name is Blarney his a kid born on St.Patricks Day. He is full blood Alpine and his father is the same as Ike and Mike.. He is so loveable..All three my goats are great..Ike give kisses on the check.. And Mike loves to cuddle..

Good morning its sunny today and its suppose to be a nice warm day. I'm going out to finish up mowing and play with flowers. I would like to share with u a picture of our guinea hens they are only a few days old. They are now about 1 1/2 weeks they grow fast. We are in hopes the fox don't get them cause they are good for tick control. I hope u all have a great day.

From our home to yours.

I had this all done this morning and got bumped off so I have to re do it.. Things here at the farm are going pretty good have lots to do.  This morning I've done laundry and hung them out and now there are inside waiting to be put a way. It has been in the high 70's today and great wind . Good for drying..

I'm asking for prayers to continue for Marcella she is gaining but in a small way. Thank you.. My son and granddaughter got home last night my granddaughter still has the flu. She could of caught a germ at the hosp in NM. We had grandson Hunter for a few days while they were gone he was a big help to grampy. And me too.. they did raking and he helped with breakfast every morning.

All the animals are doing great. The bunny is settling in and has a new cage. He is getting very spoiled. We have six guinea hens coming next week. We only have one left from last year. The fox eat well.

The goats are loving the weather along with the ducks and geese.. Now I would like to share some pictures with you.

Grandson Hunter  He is ten and in the fourth grade.getting ready to help make pancakes he is wearing an apron I made him while he was here. He wanted a John Deere apron and I said we can do that..

Here is my new cage mama and papa got me and guess what I'm litter trained already I pee in the litter box and poo too of course I drop poo when I hop I'm suppose to cause I'm territorial.

My friend Hunter is holding me he loves me..

I like to be rocked and Hunter is rocking me so I can

take my nap.He loves me too..

Well you all might think this is funny but we have a new bunny and he is small I made a carrying tote for him but thought a small diaper would help too.. I have him on my lap now in the tote. We hold him a lot he is really good. If some one knows of a link that would be great or if you have one you could share with me.. thanks and cocoa the bunny says thanks too..

Meet our greeter for the farm dew is the dog and puppy is the cat. They usually take there morning nap together so this morning I thought I would snap a picture of them. How cute is that? We got them both when they were babies going on seven years ago. They run and play with each other they are the best of friends..

So when you stop bye our farm they SHOULD be out side to greet you if they aren't napping..
