What ya cooking for supper tonight? I haven't figured that out yet..

Monday's are left over evenings for us. So we have some sweet and sour meatballs in the fridge, some salad, and some pork loin and all the veggie fixin's from last nights dinner as well. On Monday's it is fix your own plate and clean up after yourself. I don't cook and if hubby doesn't like what is left over, he sometimes fixes a baked potato or something, but I like to use up the leftovers!!

Yeah me.....no cooking tonight! LOL

We had ham potato casserole. It is one of dh's favorite meals!! I used ham leftover from a ham I baked yesterday for dinner. I found the recipe off a sack of potatoes a long time ago, it is really simple.

DINNER

Hi, Ron is doing more cooking,so he fixed dinner. I had bought frozen Cod fillets and we got a box of fish breading. It was so good.
Tues. We had cubed steaks and baked potatoes.
Wed were going out for dinner, I don't like crowds, so were going out early for Valentines day. I have a $8 off coupon that is good till the 13th.
Lat week we had BBq Tbone steak and Ron made home made pizza.
To save money we have been eating more at home.

Last week I made a double portion of turkey tetrazzini and froze half of it. That frozen half went back in the oven last night so my husband can reheat and eat before he goes to work today. We keep plenty of salad on hand, too. Best wishes for your menu plans!
