Hi got my patterns today I just wanted folks to see the emails that I had from the company and the service I got.. I hope I can do this right bare with me.. I ordered two patterns from The Kings Daughters on Jan 10 and I got them today.. The shipping was less and I got them before yours..
Like I said I know we all have a family life but I've emailed once already and never got a reply I just would like to know when you mailed my order? I have a blog and I would hate to say anything bad about your company on there. I also have a business and know how it can take up your time..

We are working to get the orders out as quickly as possible. Kings Daughters is obviously not as busy as we are. We are working hard to get 3 batches of orders out this week.
I'm sending this to ask you too cancel my order and put money back into paypal account. I was very prompt in sending money and I would like to have service that way. If you can't do that you need to turn customers away or get more help. I expect an answer back..
I will of course cancel your order if that is what you wish. You should know your order is in the batch being printed now and would have gone out the first of next week.
Also, we state very clearly the following on our order form - "Orders placed to Common Sense Patterns will take from 2-4 weeks from time payment is received or charged"
It has only been 3 weeks since you paid for your order - right in the middle of the 2-4 week time frame.
Let us know if you still wish to cancel and we will but you do need to be aware your order is going out Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Well I've waited and not recieved my patterns.. It has been over four weeks.I ordered them Dec 28th Please put $35.50 into my paypal account TODAY Please if not I will file complaint with paypal..Thank you..

I will refund your money and you can keep your order. It is already in the mail and I sent your order by Priority Mail so you would have it by Tuesday. I hope you enjoy the patterns. No need to file a complaint, you will get your money back and your patterns at the same time.

I am completely shocked at how unprofessional this company and that man was with you. If your order was only $35.50 and he says there was not enough money in the business account to give you your money back....what kind of business is this. Gee whiz!!! I hope you get your money back, and if not file a complaint definately!!!

If you have a Hobby Lobby near by, they have McCall patterns for $1.99 this week thru Sat. I also noticed you sell on Etsy. I've been thinking of doing that with the baby slings I make. Do you sell a lot?

I saw on their web site that their "business" is now for sale. If you can call it a business. It does not seem to be very profitable for them!
