I made this for supper last night.. A while back Chas had a great looking pizza and I said to myself I will try it but with my own twist so here it is..
I used my favorite bread recipe rolled it out on stone I added corn meal to the mix along with flax seed.. If anybody wants my recipe for white bread done in the bread machine on (DOUGH) cyle let me know ... Here it is hope your not hungry this will make you hungry..
I have rolled out the dough and its on the stone
I have added cheese around the base of dough
I have rolled the the dough over the cheese
I have added the sauce
I have added the cheese
Next is all the topping and ready to bake
In the oven it goes for 15 minutes at 425
Supper is now down.. Time to eat... Yummy!!!!!

That pizza looks yummy! I never thought to use that type of cheese for the crust! I usually just put some shredded mozzerella and roll it up!

It looks great. I too, have not thought of putting string cheese in the crust. The bottom of my crust is always so gooey when I cook it on the stone. Is yours?

I'm drooling looking at the pics LOL. Years ago I attempted to do the same thing but for some reason it didn't turn out that well. I think I'll have to try it again. To prevent a soggy crust, I've had great luck with preheating my stone or pre cooking the crust . Thanks for the great pics! have a wonderful weekend.
