Well it was another fine day here in Maine. It got up in the high 40's but the wind was blowing..I looked out the window and the rooster decided to snack under the bird feeder. Our chickens have free range here on the farm. We have lost so much snow this past week do to warm temps. But bad news we have a snow coming in tomorrow.. thanks for stopping in..
Thank you!

Thansk for sharing the picture. We live in Missouri and although last week all the snow melted, today it is snowing and freezing rain. YUCK!
God's Blessings,

I just love the snow pictures. Just curious how you find where the chickens lay their eggs if the free range? We have a lot of chickens in coops and a few that free range but always had trouble finding the eggs. Great blog. Brenda (I just noticed we are both Brendas)

I LOVE the picture of the rooster in the snow. We have chickens that free range too. That is after 2:00 p.m. and the eggs have been laid ;- )
I had too many previous problems trying to find those eggs ;- )
Blessings,
