Oohh, all of your canning (and freezing too) looks so good. What a nice job you've done. The beets look especially yummy to me since I didn't get any beets planted this year and I realy like canned beets.

It all looks wonderful! I'm slowly attempting to can new things, I'm getting braver and braver with every trip to the farmer's market!

When you freeze cut up green peppers, do you need to do anything to prepare them first?

No I don't do anything special the best advise I can give you is get a blue ball canning book. It will tell you how to can and freeze make jelly~jam all kinds of things..

Brenda, on the first picture mixture, do you layer it when you put it in the jar, or do they separate that way when you can them.
