Well Ray's birthday was yesterday and mine is today.We had the whole family over on Monday and I made two very large pot pies and my oldest son and daughterIn-law brought cake and ice cream. We got lots of nice presents and had great fellowship. For the last two days Ray has taking me riding and looking at antiques . We didn't find anything that caught our eye.
Ray did buy some garage file cabinets that you put bolts and nuts in got a great price on them.We are cleaning the garage and will be insulating it.Tomorrow the outside wood furnace will be finished and we will be heating our water and everything with that yea! I will have to post a picture.
On the farm here two baby batams hatched today on my birthday what a great present. Our meat birds are doing great. Ray made a nice insulated box and we have two lights inside they are very warm in it. Have to have something good because it gets down in the low 40's here now at night. One night it got down to 39 that is close to a frost. Our trees are turning I've been cleaning the flower beds and canning. Tonight I picked lots of tomatoes ~peppers and I hope I can find time to can peppers~onions~carrots~tomatoes .I will put in a large bowl and mix all together and can it in quart jars I think. That way when old man winter comes I can pop open a jar and make a tasty soup.Well I better finish this up and go check on the momma batams and babies. Thanks for stopping by
