The dress gave me a hard time it was the material it was a light knit I think. It kept on breaking my thread. I still have to put darts into it. I wore it to church this morning..haflinger
The dress is dark purple and apron was lavender with white daisy

You said you are having trouble with your thread, have you gotten the special needle for knits for your machine to sew on knit fabric. I know it helped me.
