cooking (Cinnamon bread)

Lydia was kind enough to send this recipe to me..She had a hared time posting so I'm doing it for her.. Looks so good... thanks... haflinger

This recipe is a modified bread machine recipe.

10 to 12 oz. water
1 1/2 t. salt
2 T. butter
3 1/2 c. bread flour
1/2 c. flax flour
2 T. honey
2 T. buttermilk powder
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 t. yeast.

Measure ingredients into bread pan in order suggested on your machine.  Set timer and remove when done.

I am sure this could be made by hand, but beings my oven does not work I just use my bread machine so we can still have fresh bread.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.  I tried to post this on your blog, but it would not let me leave a comment.
