Oh so very cold here... With the wind chill factor -25 they have a wind chill warning... Surpose to be cold for about three days..
Had a busy day went to my parents house today to help my dad with a new furnace and it was the wrong one.. He was so upset. I don't blame him as cold as it is. My parents are running a small electric heater and some electric heat. There furance stopped working.. . So my dad has been on the phone all the day trying to find the one he wants.
Came home and went to get hay and grain.. On the way home we lost four bales so Ray went back on the road and found them... yea...
Well we have some sad news we will be getting rid of the horses because I've had an injury I was told I shouldn't ride since I had my accident.. But I didn't listen.. So we are trying to find good homes now.. Our haflinger will go back to the breeder I hope... The other two not sure yet..

Oh, I am so sorry about you having to get rid of your horses. Our dream is to own one or two. My daughter especially wants one. One day maybe.
Here it is about 65ish and pretty nice. I figure we have a bit more cold before it starts getting warm all the time.

Oh Brenda that is sad.....I know how hard you have worked to keep them and I know you said how much enjoyed them.
It's always hard to have to face our limits.
We have been changing our plans, selling our trailer and truck. But it's just to much work. We are going to stay at cabins and dog friendly places.
Can't believe you guys are still so cold. Glad we got warmer weather. We got rain and hail today.
