Well the muffins came out good. Here is a picture and the recipe enjoy..
CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour,presifted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pkg choc chips
2 TBSP. sugar for top
1 tsp.vanilla
On low speed,cream butter and sugar until fluffy.Add eggs,one at a time and mix until belded. Sift dry ingredients and add alternaltely with milk.Add choc chips,vanilla and stir by hand.
Grease muffin tins well with butter and grease top surface of pans as well. Pile mix high in each muffin cup. Sprinkle sugar and over tops ,bake 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 30 minutes.
