Hunter and Dad went to the moose weigh in.. My son didn't get a permit for moose they just went to the weigh in and some man put my grandson up on the moose and he loved it..

Holy...well, MOOSE! LOL. I have seen living moose in the wild but never one on a trailer like! Here in WI it is just deer since there is no season for our tiny elk herd and once in awhile "lost" moose.
Is Ready a Standardbred? I love Standardbreds!

DUDE! That is an AWESOME moose! Look at that rack. Somebody's freezer is going to be set for the winter, for sure! That is just breathtaking. I am jealous. We MUST get our liscenses to hunt around here! (I'm on moose withdrawl, it's been a week since we saw one!)

WOW! That is a great looking moose! I can promise my Dh and eldest son will be green with envy over that kill. They haven't even seen a deer this season -- a few tracks, but nothing worth sitting a stand in the rain over. Cool.
Friends of ours went on a moose hunt a few years back and I dug around online and found them a recipe for....Jellied Moose Nose....eeewww ick ick. I know they opted out of attempting to make it with their kill, and I never did find out for sure if it was a joke recipe or not...some folks eat everything, you know :o) ICK!

Wow! That's some kind of big animal! Is Moose meat good? Obviously I've never had any. We don't have moose in Kentucky!
