I'm looking for an easy good true pumpkin butter recipe to make. I would also like to can it. I could do a search but I would like to use one that someone else has made and knows how it will taste and come out. It cost so much for things I want to make sure it comes out..Thanks..
I have found that allrecipies.com has a lot of good recipes, but even better, they allow users to rate recipes, and even comment about how easy it was, variations made, etc.
anyway, I typed in "pumpkin butter", and found a recipe with 40 comments, and a 4.5 star rating. I have started using only recipes that have a large number of ratings and a high number. I would trust this, but that is just me, if you cannot find another.
