I've never heard of pumpkin fudge but I guess there is a recipe has anybody made it? IF so could you please share it. I would like to make some..Thanks BRenda
oh rats, I was hoping you had a recipe for it! I am supposed to take a "harvest dessert" to a homeschool function, and thought this would be an original offer.

Pumpkin Fudge
2 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. white chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow cream
3/4 c. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
2 tbls. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Spray a 9 x 9 pan with pam
In a 3 qt. saucepan, heat milk and sugar, over med heat. Bring to a boil.
Stir in pumpkin puree and spice and bring back to a boil.
Stir in Marshmallow cream and butter and bring back to a boil and cook to 235 degrees
Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir til chips are melted and then pour into your prepared pan.
Cool, cut into squares and then eat and enjoy.....
