????question cupcakes

I sometimes make cupcakes and muffins..Well the last couple of batches I made the paper stuck to the cupcake or muffin what makes this and why?

The funny thing is about a month ago my mother calls and says my liner is sticking to my cupcakes what did I do wrong?? I said I don't know I usually make Texas muffin with no problem. Well its my problem now cause I used regular cupcake pans with liners and now it has happen to me twice??? Help..

I was having the same trouble with paper liners and i started using tin liners. I get them at Wal - Mart beside the zip lock bag section. Havent found them anywhere else. I also lightly spray cooking spray in these and they come out perfect everytime. Dont get the tin liners in the cake decorating section.... they arent made the same. Hope this helps with your dilemia. ~ smile

Thank you I shall try that..I hope I get the right liners.. Our Wal-mart has things all over the place.It is never were it should be? They have two areas where the trash bags are..Now does that make sense? Thanks..
