I did up seven quarts of zucchini and one quart of blueberries for the freezer. It is so hot and humid here today. I will pick more blueberries and beans and zucchini when the sun goes down tonight..

Blessings!
We discovered 8 blueberry bushes when we moved here in January and aside from 2 of them giving us absolutely nothing, the rest are just bursting! I've never had blueberry bushes before so this was new for me. I love that the fruit you see on it gets ripe every day. A little here and a little there and we have quite a bit of blueberries in the freezer:)
Now if the blackberry bushes would start giving us some fruit I'd be outside canning my little heart out:)
God be with thee!

We spent our mornings do the same thing. We were blessed with a large amount of egg plant this morning, so I cooked half and put up the other half in the freezer. Good stuff huh. ..........have a great weekend my friend,........Kitty

Kitty..Do your plants get bugs ? I tried egg plant and it always had bettles.. So I don't grow it any more. I do like it.. It is good stuff... Well I have to go and finish with a dress I'm sewing hoping to wear to church tomorrow and then pull weeds and pick blueberries..
