Sure, I make raspberry cobblers. You make them as you would any other cobbler I suppose. The only "recipe", I have is one of my mother's. I will look it up for you tonight and get back to you!

Hmm you could maybe just make it like any other cobbler..maybe add cornstarch to thicken the berries a little?

I have an EASY and Yummy Cobbler recipe:
Preheat oven to 350*
While oven is preheating, put 1/4 C butter in a 9x13 pan. Put pan in the oven so butter melts.
Mix together:
1 C Self Rising Flour
1C Sugar
3/4 C Milk
Take pan of melted butter out of oven. Pour batter in pan and add fruit. No need to mix.
Bake approx 25 minutes.

Well, i don't know if this is healthy or not however it is yummy. You take 2 cups of bisquick (okay, maybe that right there makes it unhealthy! :-) ) then you take 1 cup of melted butter..(maybe this does it off the list for healthy for sure! LOL) then you add 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of fruit. Mix together in a 9X13 pan back at 350 until golden and enjoy!!! We love eating this with vanilla icecream! Mrs. Joseph Wood
