smoothies??

I'm looking for info on smoothies.. Now how many out there have a smoothie machine or do u use a blender?

I don't have a clue what they look or taste like..

I use a blender for my smoothies. I will post some recipes on my blog tonight for smoothies.

We just use our blender - electric or hand cranked. We just use frozen strawberries, add some milk and sugar and blend away. We keep them thick so it is like a milk shake - usually have them for dessert instead of ice cream :o) They are also good with frozen pineapple with or without the strawberries.

Haven't made them for a while, but I use a blender. There are lots of great smoothie recipes online. Banana and strawberry is my favorite.
