I went uptown last Sat to sell. I did ok I took strawberry-rhubarb pie and bread- beet greens-lettuce homemade crafts-aprons. It was cloudy and rainy and alittle cold. To start off the pop up we bought @ Rite-Aid was a piece of junk.. First time up the arms bent and I took it right back.. So here is a few pictures I took I'll be selling uptown every now and again.. When things get ready from the garden its 12 miles one way so I want to make it pay..

Nice looking pie. To answer your question, I don't have a recipe for birch beer. I leave that to the experts! Best wishes with your selling venture. Once people know you are there for a while you will probably get some regular customers.
