I know alot of u folks are picking berries right now..I'm looking for a strawberry jam that doesn't have lots of sugar in it.. Does someone have one to share? The one I always used has 7 cups of sugar and I'm dieting not good..I don't eat much jam Ray loves it..

Have you ever tried spenda. I have diabetes, so I do cook with it a lot. I know most people don't like using atificial stuff, but I really don't have a choice in some matters. It's good, it really is...........Kitty

I have a recipe for jam that calls for 5 cups sugar, although I use between 3 1/2 cups and 4. It doesn't make it too sweet but it does make it not as thick. Let me know if ya want it :0)
