Strawberry Whip~recipe

My grandmother always made this when I was growing up many years ago.. God Bless her she has now passed away.. This is so good..

Take a Med bowl and put strawberries in

Take a tater masher and mash berries

drain the juice keep the pulp

take 1/2 to 3/4 cup  of sugar put in bowl

take an EGG WHITE put in bowl

then u mix  it all well until it looks like cool whip..

It is soooo goooood.

My day has turn out to be very busy and company just left..

That sounds so good! I will have to try that with some of the strawberries I picked last week. I am so glad you were able to go and pick today! How blessed we are! I hope to pick blackberries and blueberries within a week! God willing.

YUM!!! I want to try this!!! This would be great used as a dip for fresh fruits, or on strawberry shortcake, or strawberry cake, or.....oh my.....I love this idea! LOL Thanks for sharing.
